Board of Directors

The Friends Board consists of 19 individuals who are charged with developing the Friends of Cape Lookout National Seashore and achieving our goals. Board members are elected by the general membership to a 3-year term and may serve a maximum of two terms. In 2008, Board members will be nominated in February and voted on before the General Members Meeting in May.

Officers

Current officers are President Bud Doughton (Raleigh, NC), Vice President Jim Bailey (Atlantic Beach, NC), Secretary David Inscoe (Morehead City, NC), and Treasurer Cecil Sewell (Raleigh, NC). In May 2008, officers will be elected by the Board at the General Members Meeting.
